Big Steve is a singer/songwriter from East Kent, taking influence from the likes of Charlie Simpson, Frank Bell and Lewis Watson, he creates music that really tells a story with the use of strong melodies and catchy hooks.
Steve has worked with some of the most talented session players and producers in the UK, some having worked with Will Heard, Rae Morris, Doug Wimbish, Soul II Soul, Mick Jagger, Roots Manuva and more.
The release of his second single In Ramsgate caught the attention of national press and has received airtime on BBC Radio 5 as well as other national and county stations.
A bit of a perfectionist when it comes to the overall process, Big Steve has taken his time and held back the prospect of any new releases following his last single ‘Not Giving Up’, but do expect something new in 2020!
As well as writing and performing his own material, Steve is available to perform at private functions, corporate events, pubs, clubs and restaurants!
With a wide range of classic covers & modern hits, he’s ideal for any event with a more chilled out vibe, yet has enough upbeat tunes to get people having a jig and a sing-along!
